Urgent telephony update
Please note from Tuesday 15th April 2025 we will have a new automated call back function in place for the Reception and Prescription call queue. This allows you to click option one, and not have to stay on the phone. You will retain your position in the queue, and when you reach position one the system will attempt to call you back once. You should expect to receive a call within 60-90 minutes. Please note the system will only call you back once, and if you do not answer this call, you will need to call back.
