Option 2 – For Insurance Companies, Solicitors and any enquiries regarding referrals and non NHS work, who will take your calls between 10am-12pm and 3pm-5pm.

Option 3 - Prescriptions are open between the hours of 10:30am - 12:30pm. Please be aware we are unable to process presciptions in the reception and we will advise you to call the correct team. 

Option 4 - For any information regarding a fit note, open between 2pm-4pm.

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

  • Treat yourself at home
  • Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.

Protected Education Training Sessions

The practice will close from 12:30pm on the following dates for the practice team to attend protected education training sessions. Calls will be monitored by out of hours.
