We have carefully reviewed all responses and grouped them into common themes. Below, you will find a summary of the key topics raised and our responses to each. Unable to see regular doctors/lack of continuity |
There will be no reduction in clinical hours or clinician availability. In fact, additional salaried GPs are being recruited to further improve access and continuity of care. |
Travel / location |
Patients will continue to be able to attend their preferred site, so travel times and locations will not be affected. |

Longer wait times / lack of appointments |
Patients will have the option to attend any site if convenient. This flexibility will help the practice make best use of appointment availability and improve access overall. |
Lack of on-site chemist |
Patients’ prescriptions will continue to be sent to their nominated pharmacy, as usual. |
