There will be no reduction in clinical hours or clinician availability. In fact, additional salaried GPs are being recruited to further improve access and continuity of care.

Patients will continue to be able to attend their preferred site, so travel times and locations will not be affected.

Parking
|

There will be no change to parking arrangements at any of our sites.

Longer wait times / lack of appointments

Patients will have the option to attend any site if convenient. This flexibility will help the practice make best use of appointment availability and improve access overall.

Lack of on-site chemist

Patients’ prescriptions will continue to be sent to their nominated pharmacy, as usual.

All staff complete annual training on data security and confidentiality to ensure patient information remains safe and protected.
