The Secretarial Team

Our secretarial team process both NHS and private referrals once our patients have been reviewed by a clinician. They also deal with subject access requests for solicitors, insurance medical reports and chargeable private requests from patients.

Reception Team / Care Co-ordinators

Our Reception team are here to help you, managed by Mrs N Holland. They aim to do this in an efficient and professional manner. For example, the care coordinators will at times need to obtain some health details to assess the urgency of the problem so they can direct you to the most appropriate health care professional or service. However please be assured that all information you share to any member of the practice team will be always treated in confidence and are bound by the same codes of conduct as the doctors

The Prescription Team

The Prescription team, managed by Mrs M Booth, are specially trained for the processing of repeat prescription requests, working closely with the practice pharmacy team. Ensuring any queries are dealt with by the most appropriate clinician and ensuring all monitoring checks are in date.
