The Park Medical Practice have in-house Clinical Pharmacists who are happy to help you with your prescription queries. The Clinical Pharmacists are trained professionals who can support and review the best use of your medications.
If you get the same medicines regularly and you are up-to-date with your reviews, you may be able to sign up for the Repeat Dispensing Scheme. This wil allow you to collect your regular prescription direct from your nominated pharmacy. Please speak to a member of the Medication Management Team for further information and advice regarding this service.
